We have custom registration passes to fit your convenience to attend the 1st Kuwaiti Women Physicians Conference in conjunction with 2nd Pan Arab Women Physicians Conference that will be held from from December 13th – 14th, 2024.
Badge Collection
Badge collection is open from December 13, 2024 at 07:30 onwards in the registration area.
Delegates will be required to take the following steps:
- Step 1: Sign in on the onsite system, validate their details
- Step 2: Print out their name badge with QR code
- Step 3: Scan their QR code at the stipulated timings to ensure gaining CME points.
Attendees will receive their name badge, which includes the code necessary to receive CME credit, and other information upon arrival and check-in at the registration desk.
Onsite Registration
If you cannot register online, onsite registration is available and open December 13, 2024 at 07:30 in the registration area. Kindly note that fees will be higher as compared to online.
Industry Registration
Individuals from the industry who intend to participate in the congress can acquire passes at a special rate of $1,500 per person.
Group Registration
Companies that would like to purchase a group of delegates passes attending the conference may do so by using the special group registration fee. For information on group registration please contact [email protected]. A group consists of a minimum of 10 persons as such.

Cancellations/No Shows/Refunds
One month or more prior to the announced event date: refunds are provided USD 30 less of indicated registration fees. For international accounts no refunds are available.
Cancellation received one month prior to the announced event date will not be refunded, as material for each meeting registrant has already been prepared. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
DiaEdu reserves the right to modify or cancel any or all activities associated with this meeting due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that we have to unexpectedly cancel the meeting, the registration fee, less a processing charge, will be returned to each registrant.
